Sita River


Description:

One of the first rivers to be commercially rafted in the south, this is an exciting river. This river starts in the western ghats nears Agumbe, and after thundering down the beautiful Aghanashini? falls, flows to the Arabian sea just north of Udupi. The closest town is Hebri.


Getting there:


From Bangalore, there are 2 options:
  1. Drive to Mangalore, then head north to Udupi and from there to Hebri.
  2. Shimoga-Agumbe-Hebri.
